As with any distance selling regulations, all orders are covered under a 14 day no quibble returns policy, if for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can post it back to us for a full refund.
To make a return, please fill out the form below, providing as much detail as possible, once your form has been submitted, we will contact you with a returns authorisation number to attach to your package. You will then need to re-package the items up and drop them into your local post office.
Normally, if we make a error, we will send out a replacement free of charge and handle the return of the incorrect/faulty items with you.
